Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Robinho Valladares kicked off to start the match. Washington Rocha made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Tião Oliveira sent off a good shot on target. Erasmo Bezerra hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kléber Monteiro in the 16th minute of play forced Machadinha's goalkeeper Paulão Queirós to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Robinho Valladares received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Washington Rocha came out and tried to block the shot, but Robinho Valladares slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 18th minute. Washington Rocha made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tião Oliveira in the 22nd minute. 28 minutes into the match, Machadinha's Robinho Valladares sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Washington Rocha narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Téo Pinho during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Machadinha booed when Pedrinho FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Téo Pinho didn't get a good kick on the ball. Washington Rocha came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Machadinha's Tião Oliveira. But to his dismay, Tião Oliveira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robinho Valladares in the 40th minute of play forced Pedrinho FC's goalkeeper Washington Rocha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paulão Queirós didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kléber Monteiro went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Robinho Valladares managed to get in a good position for a shot. Machadinha's supporters rose to their feet, but Robinho Valladares was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Washington Rocha breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

The wind increased when Hernani Souza made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Tião Oliveira notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Pedrinho FC's Washington Rocha. Washington Rocha was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Machadinha's Robinho Valladares in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pedrinho FC's goalie prevented a goal. 61 minutes into the match, Machadinha's goal looked a bit too open when Hernani Souza came free, but Paulão Queirós reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pedrinho FC's Washington Rocha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robinho Valladares in the 63rd minute of play. Robinho Valladares's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Washington Rocha read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. Washington Rocha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robinho Valladares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 75th match minute, Machadinha was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marquinhos Paes to maneuver through the defense. With an all-out effort, Pedrinho FC's Paulão Queirós threw himself towards the right post 76 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Hernani Souza, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Machadinha's Paulão Queirós played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erasmo Bezerra in the 78th minute of play. Hernani Souza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 83 minutes, Kléber Monteiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pedrinho FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kléber Monteiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 86 minutes into the match, Machadinha's Tião Oliveira sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Washington Rocha narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Tião Oliveira came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Machadinha fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tião Oliveira couldn't finish the play. Tião Oliveira struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Washington Rocha didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Machadinha. After a rather tough play, Pedrinho FC's Luiz Fábio Fonseca got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Washington Rocha came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by Machadinha's Bruninho Porto. But to his dismay, Bruninho Porto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Machadinha were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Pedrinho FC for a fine match.
