Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Reginaldo Queiroz started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd match minute, Agreste was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Naldo Pinheiro to maneuver through the defense. Tião Oliveira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Armando Berger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 10 played minutes Machadinha got a freekick which was hit by Tião Oliveira. The audience was convinced that Reginaldo Queiroz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Paulão Queirós was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. Tião Oliveira kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Naldo Pinheiro kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Ruy Torres hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Armando Berger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robinho Valladares in the 37th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Reginaldo Queiroz in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Paulão Queirós prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Frank Souto struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Paulão Queirós didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Agreste. Marquinhos Paes hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Agreste's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Giuseppe Mota in the 48th minute. Agreste's Giuseppe Mota was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Paulão Queirós in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in.

The wind increased when Robinho Valladares made the kick off in the second half. Frank Souto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulão Queirós having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marquinhos Paes during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Machadinha's Marquinhos Paes got a free kick in the 54th minute. Michel Xavier hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Reginaldo Queiroz was extremely unlucky when he, in the 59th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Frank Souto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Agreste's supporters rose to their feet, but Frank Souto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Paulão Queirós breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ruy Torres kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. 75 minutes into the match, Frank Souto notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Machadinha's Paulão Queirós. Paulão Queirós was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Machadinha's Joel Quintal got his second yellow card of the match in the 80th minute. The referee ordered Joel Quintal off the ground. A collision led to Machadinha getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Joel Quintal hit a great ball. 82 minutes in the game Denílson Schmidt got a great opportunity which he missed by shooting outside the goal. After 83 minutes, Ramiro Peixoto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Machadinha and the Agreste players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ramiro Peixoto hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Machadinha's Paulão Queirós got control of the ball when Frank Souto tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 86th minute, Bruninho Porto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Paulão Queirós showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Reginaldo Queiroz, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Paulão Queirós made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Frank Souto sent off a good shot on target. If Tião Oliveira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
