Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Wilian Neves started the match with the kick off. If Wilian Neves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. GremioFC's Cristian Soeiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo de Azevedo in the 6th minute of play. Reinaldo Santos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wilian Neves in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vladimir Jacinto saved Ameixas from getting behind. Wilian Neves recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vladimir Jacinto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chico Félix in the 25th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmundo Coutinho in the 28th minute of play forced GremioFC's goalkeeper Cristian Soeiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vladimir Jacinto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Paulista in the 30th minute of play. In the 33rd match minute, Ameixas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edmundo Coutinho to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Edmundo de Azevedo took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Cristian Soeiro to make any attempt to save it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Danilo Almeida in the 41st minute of play forced GremioFC's goalkeeper Cristian Soeiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Danilo Almeida made the kick off in the second half. The Ameixas fans' excitement grew in the 52nd match minute when Ameixas's Danilo Almeida looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Adelino Guedes hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Cristian Soeiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Danilo Almeida in the 62nd minute of play. Cristian Soeiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Danilo Almeida, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reinaldo Santos in the 67th minute of play forced GremioFC's goalkeeper Cristian Soeiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 67th match minute, GremioFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adelino Guedes to maneuver through the defense. Edmundo Coutinho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 73rd minute, GremioFC's Wilian Neves dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-1. 77 minutes into the game, GremioFC's Wilian Neves nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vladimir Jacinto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. Vladimir Jacinto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wilian Neves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 81 played minutes Ameixas got a freekick which was hit by Tião Araújo. In the 84th match minute, Ameixas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Danilo Almeida to maneuver through the defense. Cristian Soeiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reinaldo Santos in the 87th minute of play. In the 89th minute Edmundo Coutinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristian Soeiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. GremioFC's Cristian Soeiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Danilo Almeida in the 92nd minute of play. Cristian Soeiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Danilo Almeida in the 93rd minute of the match. When Wilian Neves, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 96 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Vladimir Jacinto was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Ameixas's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
