Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Danilo Almeida started the match with the kick off. Reinaldo Santos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erik Carvalho having to interfere. 5 minutes into the match, Ameixas's goal looked a bit too open when Durvalino Vinhas came free, but Vladimir Jacinto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vladimir Jacinto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Durvalino Vinhas, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. 13 minutes into the match, Ameixas's Danilo Almeida sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Erik Carvalho narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After having played for 17 minutes, Durvalino Vinhas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Basilio's supporters crossed their fingers, but Durvalino Vinhas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Reinaldo Santos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. José Maria Cunha could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Vladimir Jacinto made a huge save. In the 34th match minute, Ameixas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tião Araújo to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 39 minutes, José Maria Cunha put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Vladimir Jacinto. 44 minutes into the match, Ameixas's goal looked a bit too open when Durvalino Vinhas came free, but Vladimir Jacinto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Erik Carvalho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Danilo Almeida, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The wind increased when Durvalino Vinhas made the kick off in the second half. Erik Carvalho was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Danilo Almeida showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 51 minute of play. When Oséias Arósio fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Basilio's protests and gave Oséias Arósio a yellow card for diving instead. After 55 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Basilio! When the match had been going on for 57 minutes, Ameixas's Ramón Domingues got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Erik Carvalho. Oséias Arósio kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. José Maria Cunha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Vladimir Jacinto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 79thth minute of the game Durvalino Vinhas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ameixas's Vladimir Jacinto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Danilo Almeida fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erik Carvalho having to interfere. Vladimir Jacinto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. A collision led to Ameixas getting a freekick after 98 minutes play. Edmundo de Azevedo hit a great ball. A nice corner shot did that Edu Saraiva got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Vladimir Jacinto quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
