In the 2nd match minute, Curuzu FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raphael Mesquita to maneuver through the defense. 6 minutes into the match, Alamari's goalkeeper Valdo Brasil had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Emanuel Campidelis. After 8 minutes of play, Curuzu FC's Emanuel Campidelis made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Valdo Brasil was left in no man's land by his defense there! Nicolas Martins sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 16th minute, Nicolas Martins got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Emanuel Campidelis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Valdo Brasil made a huge save. Giuseppe da Rocha hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Emanuel Campidelis struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Valdo Brasil didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Curuzu FC. Emanuel Campidelis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Giuseppe Rosa hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. A collision led to Alamari getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Giuseppe da Rocha hit a great ball. When Curuzu FC's Nicolas Martins in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Alamari's goalie prevented a goal. Emanuel Campidelis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Valdo Brasil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Valdo Brasil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicolas Martins in the 37th minute of the match. Valdo Brasil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicolas Martins in the 41st minute of play. If Nicolas Martins had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Emanuel Campidelis took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Valdo Brasil. Valdo Brasil dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nicolas Martins to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Nicolas Martins cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Valdo Brasil was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nicolas Martins in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Valdo Brasil prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 60 minutes into the match, Alamari's goal looked a bit too open when Emanuel Campidelis came free, but Valdo Brasil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dé Salles made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gualter Cerezo in the 62nd minute. Valdo Brasil took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicolas Martins, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Valdo Brasil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erik Maciel in the 65th minute of play. Nicolas Martins sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 68th minute, Giuseppe da Rocha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Nicolas Martins came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Curuzu FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nicolas Martins couldn't finish the play. After having played for 71 minutes, Nicolas Martins managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Curuzu FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nicolas Martins was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 75 minutes into the match, Alamari's goal looked a bit too open when Nicolas Martins came free, but Valdo Brasil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 80 minutes into the game, Nicolas Martins cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Valdo Brasil was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Emanuel Campidelis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Valdo Brasil read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. Valdo Brasil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emanuel Campidelis in the 84th minute of play. If Gualter Cerezo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Campidelis in the 91st minute of play forced Alamari's goalkeeper Valdo Brasil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 96 minutes into the game, Curuzu FC's Emanuel Campidelis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Valdo Brasil made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Curuzu FC fully deserved thier win.
