In the 13th minute, Cafu Fonseca got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sydney Ferreira in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Xamín Artaza prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With his leg Xamín Artaza managed to avoid a goal in the 16thth minute, when Clube Atletico Skolaxo MG's Cafu Fonseca fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Xamín Artaza was a little too slow when Sydney Ferreira got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 24th minute. The score was now 1-0. Sydney Ferreira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Xamín Artaza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Natã de Brito's late challenge caught a Clube Atletico Skolaxo MG's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Natã de Brito helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Delta Force AC getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Natã de Brito hit a great ball. Sydney Ferreira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xamín Artaza having to interfere.
