GHOST BLACK's Telmo Paiva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonel Corrêa in the 27th minute of play. 30 minutes into the match, GHOST BLACK's goal looked a bit too open when Kaká de Amorim came free, but Telmo Paiva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cássio Campidelis scored 1-1 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Telmo Paiva, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Arthur Arósio was a little too slow when José Carlos Simão got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 34th minute. The score was now 2-1. Dênis Duarte came free with the goalkeeper in the 37th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Arthur Arósio could save by the left post. Dênis Duarte took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arthur Arósio. Arthur Arósio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. GHOST BLACK's Dênis Duarte got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Dênis Duarte's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arthur Arósio was relentless in the 44th minute of the game. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell João Paulo Diniz to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, GHOST BLACK's goalkeeper Telmo Paiva had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leonel Corrêa. Arthur Arósio came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by GHOST BLACK's Dênis Duarte. But to his dismay, Dênis Duarte quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Arthur Arósio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from José Carlos Simão, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dênis Duarte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arthur Arósio having to interfere. In the 88th minute, Descoberto's Samuel Barbosa seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Samuel Barbosa the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Descoberto protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Samuel Barbosa had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 88 minutes into the game, one of Descoberto:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. If José Carlos Simão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Descoberto getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Luiz Paulo Pirani hit a great ball. GHOST BLACK's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
