After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Ernani Pombal managed to get in a good position for a shot. When Jerônimo Urbano came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Ataque fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jerônimo Urbano couldn't finish the play. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind Ataque's goalkeeper Rafa Veiga, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Pedrão Dracena charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pedrão Dracena the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Pedrão Dracena kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. If Joel Lara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
