Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Célio Baiano got the match started through his kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Célio Baiano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barroquinha FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Célio Baiano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roberto Nunes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Roberto Nunes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elder Dias, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. After 9 played minutes Barroquinha FC got a freekick which was hit by Gilmar Vianna. Munim FC's Roberto Nunes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Célio Baiano in the 14th minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, Elder Dias had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Roberto Nunes. Munim FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Elder Dias was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. When Célio Baiano got free in front of the goal in the 21st minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Roberto Nunes was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Célio Baiano in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Roberto Nunes saved Munim FC from getting behind. An unexpected shot in the 24th minute by Zeca Arruda got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Elder Dias recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Roberto Nunes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elder Dias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elder Dias in the 41st minute of play forced Munim FC's goalkeeper Roberto Nunes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Benedito Amaral to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Munim FC getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Dino Zilles hit a great ball. Barroquinha FC's Hermínio Vasconcelos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benedito Amaral in the 54th minute of play. In the 55th minute, Pedrão de Moraes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Célio Baiano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Elder Dias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 70th minute, Célio Baiano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Barroquinha FC booed when Munim FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucas Mattos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Elder Dias could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Roberto Nunes made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benedito Amaral in the 75th minute of play forced Barroquinha FC's goalkeeper Hermínio Vasconcelos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Elder Dias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roberto Nunes having to interfere. With a little luck, Munim FC's Roberto Nunes got control of the ball when Elder Dias tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 83 minutes, Célio Baiano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barroquinha FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Célio Baiano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Elder Dias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Barroquinha FC played a much better game than Munim FC and deserved their victory. The Munim FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
