Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Fábio Tepedino took the kick off in the first half of the match. Marcelo Lago charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marcelo Lago the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Marcelo Lago hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. 5 minutes into the match, Jauzinho's Alex Soares broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Simão Maciel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joaquim Guedes in the 8th minute of the match. Alan Palmeira hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. When Jeremias Carioca came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Vimeiro fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jeremias Carioca couldn't finish the play. In the 22nd minute, Baltazar Mazza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Vimeiro getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Marcelo Lago hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Jauzinho's Alex Soares tried to score from far away in the 25th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. If Fábio Tepedino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Simão Maciel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joaquim Guedes in the 31st minute of play. After 33 minutes of play, Jauzinho's Joaquim Guedes made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Simão Maciel was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Jeremias Carioca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fábio Tepedino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Norberto Teles having to interfere. Joaquim Guedes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Norberto Teles showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fábio Tepedino in the 44th minute of the match. Wilian Esteves scored 0-2 in the 47th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Simão Maciel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Vimeiro players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Jauzinho were winning 0-2.

Norberto Teles showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fábio Tepedino, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. After 53 minutes, André Luiz Eger mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jauzinho and the Vimeiro players grew even worse after the yellow card. André Luiz Eger hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. In the 54th minute Fábio Tepedino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Norberto Teles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jeremias Carioca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Norberto Teles tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vimeiro's Simão Maciel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Vimeiro from getting a goal against them. 59 minutes into the match, Vimeiro's goal looked a bit too open when Joaquim Guedes came free, but Simão Maciel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 60 minutes into the match, Fábio Tepedino had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Norberto Teles. Jauzinho's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fábio Tepedino was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. In the 64th minute, André Luiz Eger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 67 minutes into the match, Jauzinho's goal looked a bit too open when Fábio Tepedino came free, but Norberto Teles reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 79 minutes into the game, Fábio Tepedino cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-2. Norberto Teles was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Vimeiro's Simão Maciel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joaquim Guedes in the 83rd minute of play. Norberto Teles stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jeremias Carioca's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. If Fábio Tepedino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jeremias Carioca recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Fábio Tepedino managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vimeiro's supporters rose to their feet, but Fábio Tepedino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Norberto Teles breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Jeremias Carioca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Vimeiro fully deserved thier win.
