He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Itambe FC reached it. Rodolfo Prata sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Laércio de Toledo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emerson de Andrade in the 60th minute of play. 63 minutes into the match, Anjos da Vida's goal looked a bit too open when Wellington Nunes came free, but Dário Seco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 65 played minutes Itambe FC got a freekick which was hit by Humberto Gerber. Décio Schmidt, 66 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. A hard shot 71 in the game by Wellington Nunes from a close distance when the talented Dário Seco managed to make a qualified save. Anjos da Vida's players were relieved.
