Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Diguinho Cordeiro started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 3rd minute Matheus Gerber shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romeu Jacinto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Uxituba's Romeu Jacinto got control of the ball when Delfim Fernandez tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 4th match minute, Uxituba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlinhos de Amorim to maneuver through the defense. If Matheus Gerber had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Delfim Fernandez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 9th minute, Jonas Lara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dadá Mello showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cafu Cardozo, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. 18 minutes into the game, Diguinho Cordeiro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Dadá Mello was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 21 minutes into the match, Uxituba's goalkeeper Romeu Jacinto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Delfim Fernandez. When Vinícius Pires fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Uxituba's protests and gave Vinícius Pires a yellow card for diving instead. Vinícius Pires hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Jerônimo Pontes kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. In the 35th minute Diguinho Cordeiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dadá Mello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 36 minutes into the match, Diguinho Cordeiro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dadá Mello. NWLO sports's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Diguinho Cordeiro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. After some careless play in the NWLO sports defense, Diguinho Cordeiro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dadá Mello. The NWLO sports fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dadá Mello should have stopped the shot. Diguinho Cordeiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. NWLO sports's Dadá Mello played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diguinho Cordeiro in the 44th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Matheus Gerber to make the kick off. The supporters of Uxituba booed when NWLO sports was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adalberto das Neves didn't get a good kick on the ball. Diguinho Cordeiro struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Dadá Mello didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Uxituba. In the 55th match minute, NWLO sports was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jerônimo Pontes to maneuver through the defense. Cafu Cardozo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Dadá Mello tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Raphael Veiga during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, NWLO sports's Raphael Veiga got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Dadá Mello showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Diguinho Cordeiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Uxituba's Romeu Jacinto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matheus Gerber in the 69th minute of play. Dadá Mello stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Diguinho Cordeiro's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. During the 86th minute of the match Carlinhos de Amorim completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Carlinhos de Amorim a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Carlinhos de Amorim hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Adriano Nóbrega took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 88th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Romeu Jacinto. Uxituba's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Matheus Gerber sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Uxituba's goalkeeper Romeu Jacinto, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Uxituba walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
