FC Inter United's Ramiro Sarmento proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save FC Inter United from getting a goal against them. When Anfilogino Di Paolo fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Inter United's protests and gave Anfilogino Di Paolo a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Vasconcellos booed when FC Inter United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anfilogino Di Paolo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anfilogino Di Paolo kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. A hard shot 26 in the game by Ulysses Cordeiro from a close distance when the talented Ramiro Sarmento managed to make a qualified save. Vasconcellos's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
