Rolo Compressor's Carlos Augusto Carioca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cesinha Dias in the 22nd minute of play. Diguinho Cavalcante hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. The Hibiraires fans' excitement grew in the 26th match minute when Hibiraires's Cesinha Dias looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Cesinha Dias blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Carlos Augusto Carioca having to make a save. Rolo Compressor's Carlos Augusto Carioca proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Rolo Compressor from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Kléber Pinheiro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hibiraires's supporters rose to their feet, but Kléber Pinheiro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carlos Augusto Carioca breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

Kléber Pinheiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Augusto Carioca having to interfere. Carlos Augusto Carioca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kléber Pinheiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 70th match minute, Rolo Compressor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Basílio Garcia to maneuver through the defense. Hibiraires's Erasmo Aguiar couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 71st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Rolo Compressor. Cesinha Dias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Carlos Augusto Carioca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kléber Pinheiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Rolo Compressor players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Hibiraires from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
