Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Aberri Cuervas kicked off to start the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Elias Souto during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, MANMBA FC's Elias Souto got a free kick in the 4th minute. After 5 played minutes, Timbury EC's Mathias Meireles shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Evaristo Nunes came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Timbury EC reached it. In the 6th minute Décio Gaspar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evaristo Nunes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A hard shot 12 in the game by Aberri Cuervas from a close distance when the talented Ademar Luz managed to make a qualified save. Timbury EC's players were relieved. Décio Gaspar kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. In the 26th match minute, Timbury EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reinaldo Valle to maneuver through the defense. Aberri Cuervas scored 1-0 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ademar Luz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Kevin Bobbert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Ademar Luz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Timbury EC booed when MANMBA FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nildo Bastos didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 35 minutes, Isaltino Nascimento managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Timbury EC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Isaltino Nascimento was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Aberri Cuervas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Ademar Luz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Evaristo Nunes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isaltino Nascimento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. MANMBA FC's Evaristo Nunes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isaltino Nascimento in the 44th minute of play. Evaristo Nunes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reinaldo Valle in the 46th minute of play. If Aberri Cuervas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Isaltino Nascimento made the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aberri Cuervas in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ademar Luz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Aberri Cuervas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 61 minutes, Frederico da Mata mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Timbury EC and the MANMBA FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of MANMBA FC booed when Timbury EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frederico da Mata didn't get a good kick on the ball. Reinaldo Valle came free with the goalkeeper in the 64th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Evaristo Nunes could save by the left post. In the 67th minute of the match, Reinaldo Valle got a very nice opportunity to score, but Evaristo Nunes was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 72nd minute, Aberri Cuervas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ademar Luz was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. 76 minutes into the match, MANMBA FC's goalkeeper Evaristo Nunes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Reinaldo Valle. After having played for 81 minutes, Aberri Cuervas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MANMBA FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aberri Cuervas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 85th minute, Dênis Passos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 86th minute, Mathias Meireles got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Décio Gaspar in the 88th minute of play forced MANMBA FC's goalkeeper Evaristo Nunes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Evaristo Nunes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Décio Gaspar in the 89th minute of the match. Dênis Passos kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Timbury EC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for MANMBA FC.
