Davi Saldanha came free with the goalkeeper in the 38th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Zé Paulo Vidal could save by the left post. Reginaldo Amaral blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cristiano Prata having to make a save. After the first half Floreal were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Davi Saldanha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tales Massa in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zé Paulo Vidal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Amauri Bueno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 62ndth minute of the game Amauri Bueno who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pentanha SC's Cristiano Prata was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 63rdth minute of the game Tales Massa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Floreal's Zé Paulo Vidal was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 66 minutes, Reginaldo Amaral managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Floreal's supporters crossed their fingers, but Reginaldo Amaral was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cristiano Prata showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amauri Bueno in the 68th minute of the match. Zé Paulo Vidal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Davi Saldanha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tales Massa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zé Paulo Vidal having to interfere. If Amauri Bueno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Amauri Bueno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Cristiano Prata tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 80 minutes into the match, Pentanha SC's goalkeeper Cristiano Prata had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Reginaldo Amaral. If Reginaldo Amaral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 84 minutes into the match, Amauri Bueno dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Cristiano Prata, 0-3. When Elói de Queirós came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Floreal fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elói de Queirós couldn't finish the play. Davi Saldanha struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Zé Paulo Vidal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pentanha SC. Tales Massa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Zé Paulo Vidal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Floreal's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
