Noel da Silva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tales Massa, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. 4 minutes into the game, Maurinho de Amaral cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Noel da Silva was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Cauan de Alcântara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristiano Prata made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Samuel Pereira in the 12th minute of play. Noel da Silva came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Pentanha SC's Tales Massa. But to his dismay, Tales Massa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The supporters of Victorino booed when Pentanha SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hortêncio Sena didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tales Massa kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. 21 minutes in the game Claudinho Neiva did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Wellington de Carvalho. When Samuel Pereira came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Victorino fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Samuel Pereira couldn't finish the play. Davi Saldanha charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Davi Saldanha the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 27 played minutes Pentanha SC got a freekick which was hit by Davi Saldanha. In the 29th match minute, Victorino was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adelino Zanette to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Samuel Pereira in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cristiano Prata saved Pentanha SC from getting behind. The supporters of Victorino booed when Pentanha SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baltazar Recife didn't get a good kick on the ball. 38 minutes into the match, Victorino's Amauri Brasil sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cristiano Prata narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Samuel Pereira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Noel da Silva stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Maurinho de Amaral's shot from short distance in the 45th minute. When Samuel Pereira came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Victorino fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Samuel Pereira couldn't finish the play. After 47 minutes of play, Victorino's Amauri Brasil made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cristiano Prata was left in no man's land by his defense there! Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

A collision led to Victorino getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Adalberto Cardozo hit a great ball. Noel da Silva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tales Massa in the 58th minute of the match. The supporters of Pentanha SC booed when Victorino was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adelino Zanette didn't get a good kick on the ball. 64 minutes into the match, Victorino's goal looked a bit too open when Tales Massa came free, but Noel da Silva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 67th match minute, Victorino was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adalberto Cardozo to maneuver through the defense. Reginaldo Fonseca's shot from long distance in the 68th minute was not bad at all, but Victorino's Noel da Silva knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. Victorino's Noel da Silva proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Victorino from getting a goal against them. 72 minutes into the game, Victorino's Adalberto Cardozo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cristiano Prata made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Amauri Brasil hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. In the 79th minute, Adalberto Cardozo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Pentanha SC booed when Victorino was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Válbson Araújo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tales Massa struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Noel da Silva didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pentanha SC. Victorino's Noel da Silva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tales Massa in the 84th minute of play. Samuel Pereira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristiano Prata having to interfere. After 95 played minutes Pentanha SC got a freekick which was hit by Vitório Borges. A collision led to Victorino getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Samuel Pereira hit a great ball. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
