Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tião Donato started the match with the kick off. In the 2nd minute, Duda Berger got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 6 minutes of play, Seguro's Duda Berger made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Betão das Neves was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Couro Come FC booed when Seguro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Durval Saraiva didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpected shot in the 14th minute by Tião Donato got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. David Sá's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 22ndth minute, Glauco Mota skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Betão das Neves didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Duda Berger went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 28th minute Durval Saraiva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Betão das Neves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Glauco Mota stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tião Donato's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. David Sá struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Glauco Mota didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Couro Come FC. The throw-in from Mário França in the 39th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Couro Come FC's Marcos Souto. Glauco Mota made an important save on a dangerous shot by David Sá in the 43rd minute. 44 minutes into the match, Seguro's goal looked a bit too open when Tião Donato came free, but Glauco Mota reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Couro Come FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Seguro were winning 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Duda Berger to make the kick off. Betão das Neves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Duda Berger, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Betão das Neves made an important save on a dangerous shot by Durval Saraiva in the 59th minute. The supporters of Couro Come FC booed when Seguro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teodoro Ribeiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Couro Come FC's David Sá got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With his leg Betão das Neves managed to avoid a goal in the 68thth minute, when Seguro's Durval Saraiva fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 70 minutes into the match, Couro Come FC's goal looked a bit too open when Duda Berger came free, but Betão das Neves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 71 minutes into the match, Couro Come FC's goalkeeper Betão das Neves had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Miguel Prestes. Betão das Neves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Duda Berger in the 72nd minute of play. Tião Donato succeeded in the game's 74th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-2. Glauco Mota took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Sá, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Miguel Prestes might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Betão das Neves. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Miguel Prestes ran back to his position shaking his head. Seguro's Glauco Mota played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tião Donato in the 80th minute of play. Glauco Mota came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Couro Come FC's David Sá. But to his dismay, David Sá quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. 85 minutes into the match, Couro Come FC's goalkeeper Betão das Neves had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Durval Saraiva. Betão das Neves made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Miguel Prestes sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Durval Saraiva got free with Betão das Neves in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Glauco Mota came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Couro Come FC's Tião Donato. But to his dismay, Tião Donato quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. David Sá fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Glauco Mota having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Couro Come FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Seguro had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
