Adriano Vieira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jorginho Saraiva in the 5th minute of the match. In the 11th match minute, S.C.Real Pulista was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Murilo Rocha to maneuver through the defense. S.C.Real Pulista's Adriano Vieira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexsandro Aguiar in the 19th minute of play. José Vítor Azevedo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nilson Silva in the 21st minute. In the 24th match minute, S.C.Real Pulista was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Durval Lucas to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 25 minutes, Alexsandro Aguiar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Brasilandia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alexsandro Aguiar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nilson Silva might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over José Vítor Azevedo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nilson Silva ran back to his position shaking his head. 33 minutes into the match, S.C.Real Pulista's Nilson Silva sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that José Vítor Azevedo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Adriano Vieira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jorginho Saraiva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Murilo Rocha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Vítor Azevedo having to interfere. If Nestor Paes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The wind increased when Nilson Silva made the kick off in the second half. Adriano Vieira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jorginho Saraiva in the 55th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Brasilandia's Alexsandro Aguiar got a free kick in the 56th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Nilson Silva managed to get in a good position for a shot. S.C.Real Pulista's supporters rose to their feet, but Nilson Silva was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. José Vítor Azevedo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of S.C.Real Pulista booed when Brasilandia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tião Varela didn't get a good kick on the ball. 62 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when S.C.Real Pulista's Nilson Silva fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Ricardo Brito received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. José Vítor Azevedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Carlos Eduardo Cardozo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nilson Silva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Vítor Azevedo having to interfere. After 67 minutes, Jorginho Saraiva mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Brasilandia and the S.C.Real Pulista players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 68th minute, Jorginho Saraiva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Nilson Silva's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but José Vítor Azevedo was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. José Vítor Azevedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nilson Silva in the 76th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Brasilandia's Jorginho Saraiva got a free kick in the 81st minute. Tião Varela recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. S.C.Real Pulista's Adriano Vieira proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save S.C.Real Pulista from getting a goal against them. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. S.C.Real Pulista fully deserved thier win.
