Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Panela Quente FC's Erivaldo Meirelles started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a defensive mix-up in MANIERO TEAM's zone, Erivaldo Meirelles stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Waldir de Sena came out of the goal and Erivaldo Meirelles tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Almir Tavares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Waldir de Sena having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Panela Quente FC's zone, Ulisses Porto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roberto Perez came out of the goal and Ulisses Porto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Erivaldo Meirelles came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Panela Quente FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erivaldo Meirelles couldn't finish the play. Waldir de Sena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ivo Matos, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. After a defensive mix-up in MANIERO TEAM's zone, Ivo Matos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Waldir de Sena came out of the goal and Ivo Matos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 26 played minutes MANIERO TEAM got a freekick which was hit by Leonel Cardozo. Panela Quente FC's Luiz Eduardo Vale got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Roberto Perez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hélder Bittencourt, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. After having played for 34 minutes, Ulisses Porto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MANIERO TEAM's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ulisses Porto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Hélder Bittencourt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of MANIERO TEAM booed when Panela Quente FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Prestes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hélder Bittencourt took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Roberto Perez. Roberto Perez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Ricardo Bueno made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Filippo Grassi made a precise shot to the right of Roberto Perez. Panela Quente FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. After 56 played minutes MANIERO TEAM got a freekick which was hit by Hélder Bittencourt. Erivaldo Meirelles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Waldir de Sena having to interfere. If Erivaldo Meirelles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 62nd minute, Almir Tavares got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Roberto Perez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ricardo Bueno, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. The supporters of MANIERO TEAM booed when Panela Quente FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Prestes didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 68th minute of the match, Erivaldo Meirelles got a very nice opportunity to score, but Waldir de Sena was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 71 minutes into the match, Panela Quente FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ricardo Bueno came free, but Roberto Perez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Erivaldo Meirelles blasted a shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Waldir de Sena having to make a save. In the 81st minute, Hélder Bittencourt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luiz Eduardo Vale during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Luiz Eduardo Vale hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ulisses Porto in the 85th minute of play forced Panela Quente FC's goalkeeper Roberto Perez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Basílio Zilles fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored MANIERO TEAM's protests and gave Basílio Zilles a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, MANIERO TEAM's Basílio Zilles got a free kick in the 90th minute. After 91 played minutes MANIERO TEAM got a freekick which was hit by Basílio Zilles. With a little luck, MANIERO TEAM's Waldir de Sena got control of the ball when Breno Dante tried to sneak it across the goal line. Roberto Perez came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by MANIERO TEAM's Ricardo Bueno. But to his dismay, Ricardo Bueno quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Panela Quente FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
