Renatinho das Neves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maicon Fernandes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jânio Chaves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maurício Gaspar, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. In the 19th minute, José Carlos Azevedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jânio Chaves made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ismael Galvão in the 22nd minute. Dedé Travassos succeeded in the game's 24th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-1. Renatinho das Neves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jânio Chaves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ismael Galvão, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. If Anísio Novaes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. José Carlos Azevedo kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Ezequiel Macedo struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Renatinho das Neves didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sai FC. When Bruno Lira was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 87 minutes had been played. A collision led to Internacional getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Bruno Lira hit a great ball. Internacional's Renatinho das Neves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felipe de Brito in the 90th minute of play. The Internacional fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Sai FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
