Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Víktor Carioca took the kick off in the first half of the match. Ernesto Albuquerque sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rodrigo Dracena struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Ademar Santana didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Oneide. Víktor Carioca recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ademar Santana didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rodrigo Dracena went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodrigo Dracena in the 14th minute of play forced Rick United F. C.'s goalkeeper Ademar Santana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Víktor Carioca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Ademar Santana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Murillo Figueiredo hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. In the 24th match minute, Rick United F. C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jeremias Perez to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 29 minutes, Didi Gaúcho put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Magno Andrade. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Rodrigo Dracena managed to get in a good position for a shot. Oneide's supporters rose to their feet, but Rodrigo Dracena was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ademar Santana breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Didi Gaúcho who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 37thth minute tested the skills of Magno Andrade when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With a little luck, Oneide's Magno Andrade got control of the ball when Didi Gaúcho tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ademar Santana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodrigo Dracena, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Víktor Carioca recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ciro Fernandez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Magno Andrade made a huge save. In the 47th match minute, Oneide was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Murillo Figueiredo to maneuver through the defense. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Didi Gaúcho was the one to do the kick off. An unexpected shot in the 51st minute by Murillo Figueiredo got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Ademar Santana made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Rodrigo Dracena sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Didi Gaúcho in the 54th minute of play forced Oneide's goalkeeper Magno Andrade to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rodrigo Dracena came free with the goalkeeper in the 62nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Ademar Santana could save by the left post. Magno Andrade showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Didi Gaúcho in the 63rd minute of the match. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rick United F. C.'s goalkeeper Ademar Santana, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Oneide getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Murillo Figueiredo hit a great ball. When Rick United F. C.'s Didi Gaúcho in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Oneide's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Oneide's Evaristo Abreu got a free kick in the 78th minute. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Oneide's goalkeeper Magno Andrade, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Magno Andrade stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Didi Gaúcho's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Jeremias Perez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rick United F. C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Jeremias Perez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Magno Andrade breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 86th minute, Didi Gaúcho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Oneide succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Rick United F. C. had controlled the match.
