Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Ulisses Tande made the kick off which started today's match. Ulisses Tande's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcinho Teixeira read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 5th minute of play. Bayeux AD's Edinho Dante couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 8th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Maripa. In the 15th minute, Emanuel Ferreira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gualter Varela sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Maripa's Marcinho Teixeira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulisses Tande in the 21st minute of play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 22nd minute of the game. One of Maripa:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Bayeux AD:s goal. After 25 played minutes Bayeux AD got a freekick which was hit by Ulisses Tande. Renan de Azevedo made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Willian Paraense sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Bayeux AD getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Murillo Urbano hit a great ball. Ulisses Tande received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Marcinho Teixeira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 35 played minutes Maripa got a freekick which was hit by Wilson Seco. Gualter Varela fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcinho Teixeira having to interfere. 41 minutes into the match, Ulisses Tande had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcinho Teixeira. Maripa's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ulisses Tande was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Willian Paraense fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Renan de Azevedo having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.
The wind increased when Luizão Dante made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Bayeux AD's zone, Luizão Dante stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Renan de Azevedo came out of the goal and Luizão Dante tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gualter Varela fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcinho Teixeira having to interfere. Sílvio Arce kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Ulisses Tande sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Ulisses Tande's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcinho Teixeira was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Bayeux AD's zone, Willian Paraense stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Renan de Azevedo came out of the goal and Willian Paraense tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marcinho Teixeira made an important save on a dangerous shot by Claudinei Faria in the 77th minute. Ulisses Tande who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 80thth minute tested the skills of Marcinho Teixeira when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With a little luck, Maripa's Marcinho Teixeira got control of the ball when Gualter Varela tried to sneak it across the goal line. After recieving a nice pass, Bayeux AD's Edinho Dante tried to score from far away in the 87th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Bayeux AD walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
