Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Válter de Andrade in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Severino Pombal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Válter de Andrade in the 92nd minute of play forced Trigolandia's goalkeeper Severino Pombal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Benjamin Damião, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 97 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Arthur Gonçalves was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar.
