Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Fernão Messias made the kick off which started today's match. The supporters of Pote SC booed when Leme was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sandrinho das Neves didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fernão de Andrade charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fernão de Andrade the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 7th minute, Fernão de Andrade hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leme's Luís Paulo Mangueira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelo Félix in the 7th minute of play. 9 minutes into the match, Leme's goal looked a bit too open when Marcelo Félix came free, but Luís Paulo Mangueira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fred Lopez charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fred Lopez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Fred Lopez kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Fernão de Andrade sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pote SC's Tales Prado got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 29th minute of the game. One of Leme:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Pote SC:s goal. The referee gave Pote SC a penalty, 31 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Cipriano Pombal, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Leme's Luís Paulo Mangueira. 0-1. Joélson Luz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luís Paulo Mangueira having to interfere.

After 63 minutes of play, Leme's Fernão de Andrade made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cipriano Toledo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cipriano Toledo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fernão de Andrade's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. Marcelo Félix recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cipriano Toledo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernão de Andrade, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 79th minute, Fernão de Andrade ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cipriano Toledo was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. In the 82nd minute of the match, Marcelo Félix got a very nice opportunity to score, but Luís Paulo Mangueira was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 83rd minute, Tales Prado got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 86 minutes into the match, Leme's goalkeeper Luís Paulo Mangueira had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marcelo Félix. If Tales Prado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcelo Félix recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 98th minute, Joélson Luz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pote SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. The Pote SC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
