After 56 played minutes Olimpo EC got a freekick which was hit by Umberto Mendes. If Váldson da Silva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The supporters of Biguacu booed when Olimpo EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Celsinho Hoffmann didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 96th match minute, Biguacu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Geovanni Zonta to maneuver through the defense. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
