Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Arí Zonta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tony da Costa having to interfere. Claudinho Pinho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tiaguinho Severo in the 10th minute of play. Cipriano Pena kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. After having played for 15 minutes, Custódio de Azevedo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Campo Da Paz's supporters crossed their fingers, but Custódio de Azevedo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 20 minutes into the game, Hamílton Barros was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Itapare's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Campo Da Paz the free kick. In the 20th minute, Hamílton Barros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When José Paulo Cearense fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Itapare's protests and gave José Paulo Cearense a yellow card for diving instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Arí Zonta during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Arí Zonta hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arí Zonta in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tony da Costa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Claudinho Pinho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Washington Valle, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 34 played minutes Campo Da Paz got a freekick which was hit by Betinho Branco. In the 36th minute of the match José Paulo Cearense sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Claudinho Pinho skillfully saved the ball. When José Paulo Cearense was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 37 minutes had been played. In the 44th minute of the match Albertino Mattos shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Claudinho Pinho showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 46th minute, Paulo Renato Silva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Denílson Urbano made a kick off. Francisco Hoffmann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Tony da Costa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Charles Peres kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. In the 57th minute, Betinho Branco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Washington Valle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Claudinho Pinho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tony da Costa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Custódio de Azevedo in the 70th minute of play. In the 74th minute, Betinho Branco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Itapare getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Washington Valle hit a great ball. Tony da Costa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arí Zonta's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. In the 85th match minute, Campo Da Paz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cipriano Pena to maneuver through the defense. Francisco Hoffmann hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. The Campo Da Paz supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Itapare's performance. The match ended with a win for Itapare.
