After 4 played minutes Badalo SS got a freekick which was hit by Glauco da Silva. Luiz Fábio Vale showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from João Pedro da Rocha, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. 7 minutes into the match, Dedé Paes notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Badalo SS's Luiz Fábio Vale. Luiz Fábio Vale was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 20th minute João Pedro da Rocha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Fábio Vale saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, Badalo SS's goal looked a bit too open when João Pedro da Rocha came free, but Luiz Fábio Vale reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luiz Eduardo Motta blasted a shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Guto Vasconcelos having to make a save. After 28th play minutes João Pedro da Rocha shot 3-0, a short shot which went by Luiz Fábio Vale and just under the crossbar into goal. Paçoca FC's João Pedro da Rocha was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 32nd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Luiz Fábio Vale took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from João Pedro da Rocha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice moves Dedé Paes could shoot a difficult shot in the 39th minute, which Luiz Fábio Vale however easily saved by the left post. In the 42nd match minute, Badalo SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luiz Eduardo Motta to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Dedé Paes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Paçoca FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Dedé Paes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luiz Fábio Vale breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Douglas Almeida kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when André de Queiroz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Guto Vasconcelos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from André de Queiroz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Guto Vasconcelos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luiz Eduardo Motta in the 55th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Glauco da Silva got free with Guto Vasconcelos in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 57 minutes into the game, Paçoca FC's Dedé Paes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Luiz Fábio Vale made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. In the 64th minute, João Pedro da Rocha made a precise shot to the right of Luiz Fábio Vale. Badalo SS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. Dedé Paes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Luiz Fábio Vale tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Paçoca FC's João Pedro da Rocha in the 68th minute got a chance for a shot 68th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Badalo SS's goalie prevented a goal. João Pedro da Rocha scored 7-0 in the 73rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luiz Fábio Vale, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the Badalo SS defense, Vinícius Cardoso kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luiz Fábio Vale. The Badalo SS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luiz Fábio Vale should have stopped the shot. If Dedé Paes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
