Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Zé Pedro Barreto made the kick off which started today's match. Paulinho Reis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zé Pedro Barreto might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Clóvis Massa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zé Pedro Barreto ran back to his position shaking his head. Henrique Sena's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lucas Brito read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. Lucas Brito showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henrique Sena, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Henrique Sena received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Lucas Brito tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Paulinho Reis got free with Lucas Brito in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Henrique Sena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Teodoro de Azevedo charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Teodoro de Azevedo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Inacio FC's Armandinho Rodrigues couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 28th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Petrovina. Zé Pedro Barreto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Petrovina getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Edmundo Pirani hit a great ball. Zé Pedro Barreto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Clóvis Massa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 40th minute, Zé Pedro Barreto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Clóvis Massa was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. An unexpected shot in the 46th minute by Paulinho Reis got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After the first half Petrovina were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 51st minute, Tião Lara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 53 minutes into the match, Petrovina's goal looked a bit too open when Henrique Sena came free, but Lucas Brito reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 56 played minutes Petrovina got a freekick which was hit by Edmundo Pirani. Oséas Maranhense kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. In the 60th minute, Inacio FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Kaká Velloso fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. If Kaká Velloso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chico Duarte charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Chico Duarte the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Petrovina booed when Inacio FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chico Duarte didn't get a good kick on the ball. Inacio FC's Chico Duarte got his second yellow card of the match in the 75th minute. The referee ordered Chico Duarte off the ground. After a rather tough play, Inacio FC's Raimundo Prata got a free kick in the 77th minute. The Inacio FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Petrovina's performance. The match ended with a win for Petrovina.
