Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Luiz Paulo Donatello started the match with the kick off. Inácio Pereira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cláudio Sá in the 9th minute of play. Régis Castro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Yan Dionísio hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. A collision led to Jauquara getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Denílson Prado hit a great ball. Inácio Pereira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luiz Paulo Donatello, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Jauquara's Bruno Vargas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Régis Castro in the 23rd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Luiz Paulo Donatello kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Inácio Pereira. That made the score 1-0 in the 35 minute of play. Luiz Paulo Donatello fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Inácio Pereira having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Régis Castro was the one to do the kick off. After 58 minutes of play, Jauquara's Luiz Paulo Donatello made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Inácio Pereira was left in no man's land by his defense there! 61 minutes into the match, Jauquara's Luiz Paulo Donatello sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Inácio Pereira narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Fronteiras's Inácio Pereira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dudu Carioca in the 62nd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Régis Castro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fronteiras's supporters rose to their feet, but Régis Castro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bruno Vargas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Inácio Pereira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dudu Carioca in the 71st minute of the match. 75 minutes into the match, Fronteiras's Régis Castro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bruno Vargas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Régis Castro was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 76th minute. Fronteiras's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. If Régis Castro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Régis Castro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bruno Vargas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. 90 minutes into the match, Luiz Paulo Donatello had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Inácio Pereira. Fronteiras's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luiz Paulo Donatello was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Inácio Pereira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luiz Paulo Donatello in the 93rd minute of the match. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Jauquara were victorious despite being under pressure from Fronteiras for much of the match.
