Lauro de Alcântara could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Augusto Guerra made a huge save. Delfim Magalhães could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Augusto Guerra made a huge save. Claudinho Rossi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Carlos Alberto Messias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 29 minutes into the game, Claudinho Camargo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Augusto Guerra. Claudinho Camargo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. El Patron Del Mal's Claudinho Camargo got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

The wind increased when Claudinho Rossi made the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the game, El Patron Del Mal's Lauro de Alcântara nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Augusto Guerra made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. A collision led to Irai EC getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Pedro Maidana hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Claudinho Rossi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Carlos Alberto Messias. That made the score 2-1 in the 73 minute of play. Augusto Guerra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudinho Camargo in the 77th minute of the match. In the 87th minute, Claudinho Camargo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The El Patron Del Mal fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Irai EC's Claudinho Rossi got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 95th minute, Elder de Andrade hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ademar Chaves's long shot made the audience stand up and applaude when it rumbled by Augusto Guerra on his right side and into the goal. 96 minutes into the game it was 4-1. El Patron Del Mal's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
