Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Bernardo Bittencourt kicked off to start the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Róbson Alcântara managed to get in a good position for a shot. Siqueiro SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Róbson Alcântara was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gugu Lopes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Frank Domingues in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gugu Lopes saved Buritis from getting behind. In the 9th match minute, Buritis was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Laércio Simões to maneuver through the defense. In the 10th minute, Róbson Alcântara ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gugu Lopes was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Gugu Lopes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Róbson Alcântara in the 14th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Buritis's César de Azevedo threw himself towards the right post 17 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Bernardo Bittencourt, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. If Róbson Alcântara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kléberson Tróia got free with César de Azevedo in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Buritis's Luiz Paulo Reis got a free kick in the 41st minute. If Frank Domingues had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute.
