In the 4thth minute of the game José Ferreira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Quingo's Tiaguinho de Almeida was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 9 minutes into the match, Quingo's goal looked a bit too open when Zeca Sá came free, but Tiaguinho de Almeida reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 10 minutes into the match, Telha's goal looked a bit too open when Ronaldão Tepedino came free, but Willian Gaspar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Willian Gaspar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vito Valadares, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. With a little luck, Telha's Willian Gaspar got control of the ball when Jano Tasso tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 17 minutes, Guto da Silveira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Telha's supporters crossed their fingers, but Guto da Silveira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After having played for 18 minutes, José Ferreira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Willian Gaspar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. A collision led to Quingo getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Hélder de Mendonça hit a great ball. In the 33rd minute, Quingo's Vito Valadares ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Willian Gaspar. Willian Gaspar yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Jano Tasso came free with the goalkeeper in the 36th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Willian Gaspar could save by the left post. José Ferreira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Tiaguinho de Almeida tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vito Valadares could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Willian Gaspar made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jano Tasso got free with Willian Gaspar in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Willian Gaspar was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ronaldão Tepedino showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 43 minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. José Ferreira was the one to do the kick off. The corner ended in José Ferreira almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Quingo's Tiaguinho de Almeida did a great save. After some careless play in the Telha defense, Ronaldão Tepedino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Willian Gaspar. The Telha fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Willian Gaspar should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Quingo's zone, Guto da Silveira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tiaguinho de Almeida came out of the goal and Guto da Silveira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. José Ferreira succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 4-1 in the 69th playminute. In the 72nd minute Ronaldão Tepedino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Willian Gaspar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. But to his dismay, Jano Tasso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. Quingo were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
