Madureira FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave loud the free kick. In the 10th match minute, Madureira FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sydney Ferraz to maneuver through the defense. 21 minutes into the match, loud's goal looked a bit too open when Tomás de Azevedo came free, but Evaristo de Senna reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 23rd minute, Dudu Garcia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Evaristo de Senna showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jânio Messias, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. When loud's Dudu Garcia in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Madureira FC's goalie prevented a goal. Norberto Sarmento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nilton Gomes having to interfere. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tomás de Azevedo was the one to do the kick off. Nilton Gomes came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by loud's José Pedro Bertassi. But to his dismay, José Pedro Bertassi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. 60 minutes into the match, Madureira FC's goal looked a bit too open when José Pedro Bertassi came free, but Nilton Gomes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Agenor da Costa charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Agenor da Costa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 61st minute, Agenor da Costa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Douglas Alvarenga fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored loud's protests and gave Douglas Alvarenga a yellow card for diving instead. José Pedro Bertassi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nilton Gomes having to interfere. Dudu Garcia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Agenor da Costa kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. After having played for 85 minutes, Hílton Jacinto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. loud's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hílton Jacinto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hílton Jacinto struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Nilton Gomes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for loud. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vinícius Matorin during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Vinícius Matorin kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. In the 93rd minute Tomás de Azevedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evaristo de Senna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Jânio Messias kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Evaristo de Senna. That made the score 3-1 in the 94 minute of play. When the referee ended the match the loud players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
