Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Luís Fernando da Fonseca got the match started through his kick off. Aluísio Garcia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Júlio Tavares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 10 minutes into the match, Itui's Kauan Cardoso sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eusébio Hermes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Dorival da Silva made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Júlio Tavares sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 20 minutes, Marcelo Cordeiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sapecada's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcelo Cordeiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Itui's Patrício Rosado got a free kick in the 21st minute. Luís Fernando da Fonseca's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dorival da Silva read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luís Fernando da Fonseca in the 24th minute of play forced Itui's goalkeeper Dorival da Silva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Júlio Tavares in the 26thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Dorival da Silva, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Luís Fernando da Fonseca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Dorival da Silva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Júlio Tavares in the 30thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Dorival da Silva, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Júlio Tavares's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dorival da Silva read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. Eusébio Hermes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aluísio Garcia in the 33rd minute of play. Luís Fernando da Fonseca's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dorival da Silva read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. When César Teles fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Itui's protests and gave César Teles a yellow card for diving instead. César Teles hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Dorival da Silva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luís Fernando da Fonseca in the 44th minute of play. Felippe Jacinto kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Dorival da Silva made an important save on a dangerous shot by Júlio Tavares in the 48th minute.

After 54 played minutes Sapecada got a freekick which was hit by Guilherme Seco. After a rather tough play, Sapecada's Guilherme Seco got a free kick in the 56th minute. Felippe Jacinto was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 57th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 59th minute, Aluísio Garcia fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 62nd minute, Guilherme Seco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 64 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Sapecada! Sapecada:s Eusébio Hermes showed great skill when he stopped Felippe Jacinto:s penalty. After a rather tough play, Sapecada's Raí Guedes got a free kick in the 71st minute. 74 minutes had been played when some careless play by Sapecada's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Felippe Jacinto was slow to take the kick. During this time Itui's players had a chance to rest. Dorival da Silva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luís Fernando da Fonseca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Amauri de Toledo hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. After 86 played minutes, Itui's Felippe Jacinto shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Eusébio Hermes came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Itui reached it. Dorival da Silva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luís Fernando da Fonseca, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Júlio Tavares recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Itui supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Itui would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
