When the match clock showed 15 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Sérgio Travassos sped through Quarai's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Elivélton Marques. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sérgio Travassos in the 23rd minute of play forced Quarai's goalkeeper Elivélton Marques to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Elivélton Marques showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sérgio Travassos in the 25th minute of the match. Deivid Melo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tiaguinho Netto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee showed Ricardinho Garcia the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Quarai booed when Largo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ricardinho Garcia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Quarai were awarded a corner in the 46th minute after Largo's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luís Fernando Valadares took the corner.

Sérgio Travassos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Elivélton Marques read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. When Mané Motta fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Largo's protests and gave Mané Motta a yellow card for diving instead. Deivid Melo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tiaguinho Netto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 62 minutes into the match, Quarai's goalkeeper Elivélton Marques had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sérgio Travassos. Amadeu Leão took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 67th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Deivid Melo. Largo's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 68thth minute of the game Tiaguinho Netto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Largo's Deivid Melo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sérgio Travassos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The goalkeeper, Elivélton Marques, was totally fooled by Largo's Raphael Queiroz, who 84 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. With a little luck, Quarai's Elivélton Marques got control of the ball when Sérgio Travassos tried to sneak it across the goal line. Acácio Saraiva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 93 minutes into the match, Quarai's Acácio Saraiva sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Deivid Melo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 96th minute, Sérgio Travassos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Elivélton Marques was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-3. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
