When Ivo Martins fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tempero SC's protests and gave Ivo Martins a yellow card for diving instead. Fiori de Godoy made an important save on a dangerous shot by Andrézinho Lima in the 4th minute. Wanderson Vides kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. In the 7th minute of the match Raí Ribeiro sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Evandro Vides skillfully saved the ball. Fiori de Godoy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benê Tande in the 9th minute of play. In the 12thth minute of the game Benê Tande who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tempero SC's Fiori de Godoy was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rômulo Moreno in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Evandro Vides saved Martinopole SS from getting behind. Júlio de Toledo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Evandro Vides tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tiaguinho Barreto was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 26th minute. Martinopole SS's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. A collision led to Martinopole SS getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Andrézinho Lima hit a great ball. Júlio de Toledo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evandro Vides having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rômulo Moreno in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Evandro Vides prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 34 minutes into the match, Martinopole SS's goal looked a bit too open when Rômulo Moreno came free, but Evandro Vides reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 38th minute Benê Tande shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fiori de Godoy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benê Tande received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Fiori de Godoy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rodriguinho Reis charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rodriguinho Reis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Martinopole SS booed when Tempero SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodriguinho Reis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benê Tande sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Benê Tande to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Martinopole SS's Andrézinho Lima nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fiori de Godoy made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tempero SC's goalkeeper Fiori de Godoy, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Martinopole SS's Gláuber Simões got a free kick in the 63rd minute. In the 64th minute, Martinopole SS's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Rômulo Moreno fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. If Andrézinho Lima had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Evandro Vides was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Rômulo Moreno showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 74 minute of play. Evandro Vides made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rômulo Moreno in the 78th minute of play. When Rômulo Moreno, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 84 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Evandro Vides was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Tempero SC's Fiori de Godoy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andrézinho Lima in the 88th minute of play. Ivo Martins hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. The supporters of Martinopole SS booed when Tempero SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodriguinho Reis didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Andrézinho Lima had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
