The supporters of ADJ - Santa Rita EC booed when Marema was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ramiro Valle didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 5 minutes Marema's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Rômulo dos Santos who took care of the corner kick. The corner led to ADJ - Santa Rita EC's Tiago Gabriel Mangueira getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. 7 minutes into the match, Nuno Proença had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fausto Simão. Marema's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nuno Proença was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 11thth minute of the game Tiago Gabriel Mangueira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Marema's Fausto Simão was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Fausto Simão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tiago Gabriel Mangueira, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Nuno Proença recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Eusébio Paes came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Marema fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eusébio Paes couldn't finish the play. In the 27th minute Marema were awarded a corner. Valdomiro de Lara went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Digo Brasil almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but ADJ - Santa Rita EC's Anselmo Quadros did a great save. ADJ - Santa Rita EC's Tiago Gabriel Mangueira got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When César Arósio came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the ADJ - Santa Rita EC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that César Arósio couldn't finish the play. Fausto Simão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tiago Gabriel Mangueira in the 44th minute of the match.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Júnior Cunha was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind ADJ - Santa Rita EC's goalkeeper Anselmo Quadros, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 56th minute Júnior Cunha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anselmo Quadros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Júnior Cunha's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Anselmo Quadros read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. In the 71st minute, Tiago Gabriel Mangueira reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Fausto Simão. The goal made the score 0-2. Anselmo Quadros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Júnior Cunha in the 77th minute of the match. Fausto Simão took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tiago Gabriel Mangueira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 80th minute Júnior Cunha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anselmo Quadros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Eusébio Paes came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Marema fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eusébio Paes couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Marema getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Júnior Cunha hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, ADJ - Santa Rita EC's César Arósio got a free kick in the 90th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eusébio Paes in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anselmo Quadros prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The crowd rose to their feet as Tiago Gabriel Mangueira kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Fausto Simão. That made the score 0-3 in the 93 minute of play. ADJ - Santa Rita EC played a much better game than Marema and deserved their victory. The Marema players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
