Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) REI TALES NARIZ BOM's Breno Quadros started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 7 minutes, Alex Castro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the REI TALES NARIZ BOM and the Jacuipe FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 6th minute, one of REI TALES NARIZ BOM:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for REI TALES NARIZ BOM. The referee gave Jacuipe FC a penalty, 8 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Renatinho Carvalho, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of REI TALES NARIZ BOM's Arthur Sergipano. 0-2. With a little luck, Jacuipe FC's Amadeu de Toledo got control of the ball when Nando Silveira tried to sneak it across the goal line. Renatinho Carvalho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 27 minutes into the match, REI TALES NARIZ BOM's goal looked a bit too open when Douglas Marinho came free, but Arthur Sergipano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 28th minute, Raphael de Amaral made a precise shot to the right of Arthur Sergipano. REI TALES NARIZ BOM's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Arthur Sergipano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Renatinho Carvalho in the 32nd minute of play. After 35 minutes of play, Jacuipe FC's Renatinho Carvalho made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arthur Sergipano was left in no man's land by his defense there! Renatinho Carvalho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arthur Sergipano having to interfere. Renatinho Carvalho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Douglas Marinho in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arthur Sergipano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in REI TALES NARIZ BOM's zone, Douglas Marinho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arthur Sergipano came out of the goal and Douglas Marinho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Douglas Marinho made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Magno Alagoano in the 54th minute of play forced Jacuipe FC's goalkeeper Amadeu de Toledo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Renatinho Carvalho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Arthur Sergipano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ricardo Brodel charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ricardo Brodel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Jacuipe FC booed when REI TALES NARIZ BOM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ricardo Brodel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Douglas Marinho might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Arthur Sergipano. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Douglas Marinho ran back to his position shaking his head. When Luís Eduardo Machado fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jacuipe FC's protests and gave Luís Eduardo Machado a yellow card for diving instead. After 67 played minutes Jacuipe FC got a freekick which was hit by Luís Eduardo Machado. After a defensive mix-up in Jacuipe FC's zone, Vivaldo Travassos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amadeu de Toledo came out of the goal and Vivaldo Travassos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Breno Quadros scored 1-5 in the 70th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Amadeu de Toledo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Jacuipe FC getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Luís Eduardo Machado hit a great ball. The supporters of REI TALES NARIZ BOM booed when Jacuipe FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Waldir Carioca didn't get a good kick on the ball. Renatinho Carvalho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jacuipe FC's Renatinho Carvalho got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Douglas Marinho in the 85th minute of play forced REI TALES NARIZ BOM's goalkeeper Arthur Sergipano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Renatinho Carvalho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arthur Sergipano having to interfere. After having played for 91 minutes, Raphael de Amaral managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jacuipe FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Raphael de Amaral was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Renatinho Carvalho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Arthur Sergipano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Douglas Marinho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arthur Sergipano having to interfere. Renatinho Carvalho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jacuipe FC played a much better game than REI TALES NARIZ BOM and deserved their victory. The REI TALES NARIZ BOM players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
