Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Rafinha Vergílio took the kick off in the first half of the match. Germano Mota kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Goitizeiro's Douglas Ribeiro couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 8th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Soldiers. Romeu Araújo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafinha Vergílio in the 13th minute of play. Romeu Araújo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silas Costa in the 14th minute of the match. Carlos Augusto Donatello was extremely unlucky when he, in the 18th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After 26 played minutes Goitizeiro got a freekick which was hit by Simão de Carvalho. A collision led to Soldiers getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Luís Eduardo Pinho hit a great ball. The supporters of Goitizeiro booed when Soldiers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. William Paraense didn't get a good kick on the ball. William Paraense hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Carlos Augusto Donatello struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Leandro Gerber didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Soldiers. Sydney Pombal hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. In the 46th minute Henrique Sabóia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leandro Gerber saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Henrique Sabóia to make the kick off. Silas Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Romeu Araújo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leandro Gerber came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Soldiers's Henrique Sabóia. But to his dismay, Henrique Sabóia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Germano Mota hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Silas Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Romeu Araújo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Soldiers's Romeu Araújo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafinha Vergílio in the 64th minute of play. William Paraense kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Carlos Augusto Donatello took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leandro Gerber. Leandro Gerber dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Leandro Gerber showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Augusto Donatello in the 74th minute of the match. Carlos Augusto Donatello received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Leandro Gerber tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Silas Costa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Romeu Araújo made a huge save. Henrique Sabóia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leandro Gerber having to interfere. A collision led to Goitizeiro getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Paulinho Batista hit a great ball. 94 minutes into the match, Carlos Augusto Donatello had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leandro Gerber. Goitizeiro's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Carlos Augusto Donatello was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. When the referee ended the match the Soldiers players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
