With a couple of smart ball manuevers Guilherme Neves in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zé Carlos Tróia saved Marila from getting behind. Guilherme Neves was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 22nd minute. Anuan FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luís Fábio Pereira got free with Zé Carlos Tróia in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Marila's goalkeeper Zé Carlos Tróia, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
