Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Barral MZ Club's Zhao Wei Xiang started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Cesinha Pinho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gian Herger having to interfere. José Paulo Quadros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Gian Herger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 13th minute, Zhao Wei Xiang ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Albertinho Xavier was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. José Paulo Quadros recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Zhao Wei Xiang's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Albertinho Xavier was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. When Barral MZ Club's Zhao Wei Xiang in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cesinha Pinho was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Itarana's Sílvio Luís de Brito got a free kick in the 55th minute. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Barral MZ Club's goalkeeper Gian Herger, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Zhao Wei Xiang did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-2 to the left of a surprised Albertinho Xavier 66 minutes into the match. 68 minutes into the game, Barral MZ Club's Zhao Wei Xiang nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Albertinho Xavier made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. In the 72nd minute José Paulo Quadros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gian Herger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 74 minutes into the game, Itarana's José Paulo Quadros nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gian Herger made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-3. After 77 played minutes Itarana got a freekick which was hit by Adrianinho Veiga. Gian Herger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cesinha Pinho in the 87th minute of the match. Barral MZ Club's Gian Herger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cesinha Pinho in the 88th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cesinha Pinho in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gian Herger saved Barral MZ Club from getting behind. Gian Herger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cesinha Pinho in the 93rd minute of the match. When the final whistle went the supporters of Barral MZ Club were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Itarana side.
