Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Filipe Bittencourt in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eriberto Marinho prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The coaching staff of Planaltina protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Frederico Azevedo had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee gave Sabonete a penalty, 93 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by William Pires, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Planaltina's Eriberto Marinho. 1-1.
