Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Pedro Luís Baptista started the match with the kick off. Sydney Messiass short, quick shot in the 4thth minute got Júlio Paraíba to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Thiago Luz kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Sydney Messias who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 14thth minute tested the skills of Júlio Paraíba when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When Dadá Soares fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Goku Sayatin's protests and gave Dadá Soares a yellow card for diving instead. Dadá Soares kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Júlio Paraíba stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sydney Messias's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. After a rather tough play, Goku Sayatin's Sílvio Luís Bueno got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Sydney Messias could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Júlio Paraíba made a huge save. The referee felt a red card was in order, 44 minutes into the game, when Cléber Zilles put in a rough tackle. 46 minutes into the match, Aboboras SC's Anselmo de Souza broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sydney Messias to strike the kick off in the second half. Sydney Messias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Júlio Paraíba tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Aboboras SC booed when Goku Sayatin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ulisses Andrade didn't get a good kick on the ball. With an all-out effort, Aboboras SC's Régis Secco threw himself towards the right post 60 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Pedro Luís Baptista, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In a very dangerous position, a player in Aboboras SC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 64th minute. Penalty! Aboboras SC's Pedro Luís Baptista got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Régis Secco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Luís Baptista in the 78th minute of play. If Sydney Messias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Luís Baptista in the 95th minute of play forced Goku Sayatin's goalkeeper Régis Secco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Régis Secco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Luís Baptista in the 98th minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the Goku Sayatin players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
