Eliseu Diniz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Igor Leal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 15 minutes into the match, Sensato FC's goal looked a bit too open when Igor Leal came free, but Eliseu Diniz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eliseu Diniz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Igor Leal, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Agostinho Nunes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eliseu Diniz having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clóvis Linhares in the 26th minute of play forced Balseiro AD's goalkeeper Alfredo Meira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 27th match minute, Balseiro AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sidnei Lopez to maneuver through the defense. Clóvis Linhares took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alfredo Meira. Alfredo Meira dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Sensato FC's Eliseu Diniz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Igor Leal in the 33rd minute of play. In the 53rd minute Sensato FC were awarded a corner. Sílvio Damião went to the cornerflag to take it. Sílvio Damião made a great header on Sensato FC's corner, it was just that Balseiro AD's Alfredo Meira managed to reach the ball for a save. Alfredo Meira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Délio Donatello in the 57th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Sensato FC's Wiliam Varela got a free kick in the 58th minute. In the 67th minute Délio Donatello shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfredo Meira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Balseiro AD's Sidnei Lopez got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eliseu Diniz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Igor Leal in the 78th minute of play. In the 86th minute, Igor Leal reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Eliseu Diniz. The goal made the score 2-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Igor Leal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Balseiro AD's supporters rose to their feet, but Igor Leal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eliseu Diniz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Through an outstanding action, after 92 minutes, Eliseu Diniz successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 95 minutes into the match, Igor Leal dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Eliseu Diniz, 2-3.
