Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Lúcio Neto took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Nolan Duche came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Philadelphia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nolan Duche couldn't finish the play. In the 6th minute Nolan Duche shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Giuseppe Nogueira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 9 minutes into the match, Itahy EC's goal looked a bit too open when Régis de Carvalho came free, but Giuseppe Nogueira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Philadelphia's Cyryl Kinic got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Itahy EC's Giuseppe Nogueira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nolan Duche in the 13th minute of play. In the 18th minute, Cyryl Kinic ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Giuseppe Nogueira was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. When Rafinha Andrade fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Itahy EC's protests and gave Rafinha Andrade a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Philadelphia booed when Itahy EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rafinha Andrade didn't get a good kick on the ball. Caco Recife took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 30th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Giuseppe Nogueira. Itahy EC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cyryl Kinic in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Giuseppe Nogueira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 33rd minute, Cyryl Kinic left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Philadelphia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Ernani Medeiros hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. In the 43rd minute, Cyryl Kinic got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 45th minute Ernani Medeiros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Giuseppe Nogueira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 47th play minutes Cyryl Kinic shot 0-3, a short shot which went by Giuseppe Nogueira and just under the crossbar into goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cyryl Kinic was the one to do the kick off. Giuseppe Nogueira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cyryl Kinic, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 54 minutes into the game, Itahy EC's Wágner Pereira nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Albertinho Ferraz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. Ernani Medeiros could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Giuseppe Nogueira made a huge save. Ernani Medeiros received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Giuseppe Nogueira came out and tried to block the shot, but Ernani Medeiros slotted it home off the left post making it 1-4 in the 58th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lúcio Neto in the 62nd minute of play forced Philadelphia's goalkeeper Albertinho Ferraz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wágner Pereira kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. If Régis de Carvalho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Albertinho Ferraz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lúcio Neto in the 76th minute of play. Caco Recife hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Denílson Urbano charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Denílson Urbano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Itahy EC getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Denílson Urbano hit a great ball. Albertinho Ferraz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Claudinho Peixoto, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. 86 minutes into the game, Cyryl Kinic lined in a short shot 1-5 behind a frustrated Giuseppe Nogueira. With his leg Giuseppe Nogueira managed to avoid a goal in the 90thth minute, when Philadelphia's Cyryl Kinic fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Cyryl Kinic's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 92ndth minute, Giuseppe Nogueira skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The supporters of Itahy EC booed when Philadelphia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tiago Gabriel Gonçalves didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rafinha Andrade didn't quite understand what happened when in the 96 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. The Itahy EC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Philadelphia's performance. The match ended with a win for Philadelphia.
