After 36 played minutes Vitória-MV got a freekick which was hit by Hernani Saldanha. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Real Madruga FC's Joélson da Mata in the 39th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but 周悦正 was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Vitória-MV through an amazing save. Zeca Jacinto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jorge Mendes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Baltazar Silva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Baltazar Silva made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Jorge Mendes notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Real Madruga FC's Zeca Jacinto. Zeca Jacinto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jorge Mendes who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 62ndth minute tested the skills of Zeca Jacinto when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Joélson da Mata sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Real Madruga FC booed when Vitória-MV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hernani Saldanha didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jorge Mendes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Zeca Jacinto made a huge save. In the 95th minute, Vitória-MV's Baltazar Silva ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Zeca Jacinto. Zeca Jacinto yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5.
