Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Sidnei Prado started the match with the kick off. When Willian Ortiz came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Laginha SS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Willian Ortiz couldn't finish the play. Sidnei Prado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Adrianinho Palmeira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 14th minute, Baltazar Brodel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cássio Massa in the 15th minute of play forced Laginha SS's goalkeeper Tomás Negri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 22 minutes into the match, Laginha SS's goal looked a bit too open when Sidnei Prado came free, but Tomás Negri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Brejinho AD getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Baltazar Brodel hit a great ball. Adrianinho Palmeira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Denílson do Nascimento tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 29th minute Sidnei Prado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomás Negri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 32 played minutes, Brejinho AD's Mário Mesquita shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Tomás Negri came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Brejinho AD reached it. In the 34th match minute, Laginha SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adalmo da Rocha to maneuver through the defense. Brejinho AD's Mário Mesquita couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 35th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Laginha SS. 37 minutes into the match, Laginha SS's goal looked a bit too open when Sidnei Prado came free, but Tomás Negri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cássio Massa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomás Negri having to interfere. If Willian Ortiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Willian Ortiz made the kick off in the second half. Tomás Negri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sidnei Prado in the 58th minute of the match. When Willian Ortiz fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Laginha SS's protests and gave Willian Ortiz a yellow card for diving instead. After 60 played minutes Laginha SS got a freekick which was hit by Willian Ortiz. When Sidnei Prado came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Brejinho AD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sidnei Prado couldn't finish the play. In the 71stth minute of the game Sidnei Prado who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Laginha SS's Tomás Negri was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, Laginha SS's Tomás Negri got control of the ball when Cássio Massa tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Sidnei Prado kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tomás Negri. That made the score 0-1 in the 85 minute of play. If Cássio Massa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Laginha SS fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Brejinho AD were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
