The attack was good, but when Luiz Fábio Siqueira in the 15th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Tomás Negri didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Pindoval SS's Edgard Sampaio shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-0 in the ordered_time% minute. 25 minutes into the match, Laginha SS's goalkeeper Tomás Negri had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luiz Fábio Siqueira. In the 29th minute of the match, Luiz Fábio Siqueira got a very nice opportunity to score, but Tomás Negri was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Tomás Negri was left in no man's land by his defense there! 42 minutes into the match, Luiz Fábio Siqueira dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Tomás Negri, 3-0. Luiz Fábio Siqueira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Tomás Negri made a huge save. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Willian Ortiz was the one to do the kick off. Tomás Negri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgard Sampaio in the 55th minute of play. After having played for 59 minutes, Willian Ortiz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Laginha SS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Willian Ortiz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 63 minutes into the match, Edgard Sampaio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tomás Negri. Laginha SS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edgard Sampaio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Luiz Fábio Siqueira took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tomás Negri. Tomás Negri dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Willian Ortiz during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 69th minute, Willian Ortiz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgard Sampaio in the 78th minute of play forced Laginha SS's goalkeeper Tomás Negri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 79 minutes of play, Pindoval SS's Décio Viana made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tomás Negri was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tomás Negri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luiz Fábio Siqueira in the 83rd minute of the match. Pindoval SS's Sydney Varela got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luiz Fábio Siqueira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edgard Sampaio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Tomás Negri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 90 minutes into the game, Pindoval SS's Luiz Fábio Siqueira nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tomás Negri made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. After some careless play in the Laginha SS defense, Luiz Fábio Siqueira kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tomás Negri. The Laginha SS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tomás Negri should have stopped the shot.
