Erasmo do Vale received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Tadeu Cerezo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee showed Durvalino de Brito the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Aleandro Rocha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anselmo Trancoso having to interfere. Adilson Gaúcho kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Anselmo Trancoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodriguinho Quadros in the 87th minute of the match. With his leg Tadeu Cerezo managed to avoid a goal in the 90thth minute, when Pepecas Maledictas's Erasmo do Vale fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. If Erasmo do Vale had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Erasmo do Vale could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Tadeu Cerezo made a huge save. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Pepecas Maledictas eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
